21 days. Starts Monday, October 5.

OctoberFast

21 days. Four lanes. One house.

October 5–25

What this is

For 21 days, the whole house fasts together — the same three weeks Daniel set himself apart. Everybody removes something, and gives that space to God. It runs alongside REWIRED, because what you remove from your life, you stop rehearsing.

The ground rules

Before you choose

  • If fasting food isn't safe for you — medication, pregnancy or nursing, diabetes, a medical condition, or a history with food — choose The Feed or The One. That's a full fast, not a lesser one.
  • If you're unsure, talk to your doctor first.
  • If your one thing is alcohol or anything your body depends on, talk to a doctor before you stop. Don't do that one alone.
  • Teens: choose The Feed or The One. Kids can join alongside their parents.
  • If you get dizzy, faint, or sick during the fast, stop and eat. That's wisdom, not failure.

Choose your lane

Pick one, or combine two.

The Plate

Daniel-style. No rich food, no meat, no wine. Simple food and water.

The Clock

Change when you eat, not what. First food at noon, one meal a day, or sunup to sundown.

The Feed

21 days off the scroll. Social media, streaming, whatever runs in the background.

The One

The one specific thing you already know has you.
