Privacy Policy

When you fill out the Plan a Visit form, we collect your first and last name, mobile phone number, email address, the Sunday you plan to attend, the service time, how many adults and children are coming, how you'd like to be welcomed, and anything you choose to write in the optional notes box.

If you sign up to stay connected, we collect your email address.

That's it. This website does not ask for your home address, birth date, marital status, giving history, membership status, or anything about your spiritual background.

So we can be ready for you. Your Plan a Visit information goes to our Home Team so they know your name before you walk in, can help your family with children's check-in, and can follow up if you asked us to.

We use it to serve you — not to sell you anything.

Your information is shared with the Impact City Church staff and trained volunteers who handle guest follow-up and pastoral care, and it is stored in the church management systems we use to run the church.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We do not share it with advertisers.

We may disclose information if we are required to by law, or if we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to protect someone's safety.

This website is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

When a parent or guardian tells us on the Plan a Visit form how many children are coming, we collect only that count — not names, ages, or any details about your children. Anything further happens in person at check-in, with you present.

We use Google Analytics to see how the site is being used — which pages people open, roughly where they came from, whether they were on a phone or a computer. It counts how many, not who: it does not tell us your name, and we never try to work out who an individual visitor was. It stores a cookie on your device so a returning visit is not counted twice as a new one.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. If you would rather not be counted at all, your browser’s privacy settings can block it, and Google publishes an opt-out add-on that works on every site.

If you watch a video here, your browser stores a short list on your own device so the site can show you what you were watching. That list stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data erases it.

Some parts of this site connect to services run by other companies — video is hosted on YouTube, and giving, forms, and registrations are handled by Church Center (Planning Center). When you use those, their own privacy policies apply, not this one.

Text messaging is handled through our texting provider. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply, and you can stop messages at any time by replying STOP.

We keep guest and member information as long as it's useful for caring for you and for the church's records. If you'd like your information removed, ask us and we'll remove it.

You can ask us at any time to see what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP.

You are never required to fill out any form on this site to attend Impact City Church. You are welcome to simply show up on a Sunday.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and the systems we use are industry-standard church management platforms. No website or system can promise perfect security, and we won't pretend otherwise.

If we change how this website handles your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
